Sunday, April 12, 2026 | Rick Miller, director at Camp Shipshewana
This year’s camp theme: John 15:5 (Abide).
When was the last time you took an extended amount of time to abide with Jesus?
Genesis 3–The Great Deception
How special to hear the sound of God looking for you.
“The woman You put here for me gave it to me.” How often we displace the blame.
Adam and Eve had to deal with the consequences of their actions–and so do we.
God offers the first sacrifice (death of an animal) to make better clothes for Adam and Eve to wear.
God was firm in consequences but loving by caring for them and covering their transgression.
Fig leaves wither. They are temporary solution by man to cover shame. But animal skins are more permanent.
Life is full of decisions. Choose wisely.
Camp Shipshewana has existed since 1920 (105 years!).
