Sometimes we think we need to give more effort in our Christian walk; rather, let’s rely on the Holy Spirit living within us, the Bible, and fellow Christians.

The tongue can be used for good work or it can be used to tear others down.

Proverbs 18:21–Live in holiness by watching your words.

Jesus loves the offended and the offender.

In this world, everyone should be considered our neighbor.

A lot more destruction has happened because of words than with violence.

When we damage others with our words, we are also hurt.

Words can hurt but also build up. Be careful with your words.

Words are powerful. We need to decide how to use our words.

Speak truth in love to build others up.

Ask yourself, “Is what I’m about to say going to help them in their walk with Christ?”
