Satan hates the promises of God, and he hates the children of God. He is our enemy, who comes to kill, steal, and destroy. But we must stand firm in our faith and continue to trust in Jesus.
Revelation 12:13–Satan is on the attack.
Matthew 24, Daniel 3, 2 Thessalonians 2–abomination of desolation (when the anti-Christ claims to be God).
Satan hates the nation of Israel because it birthed his doom.
Satan hates God’s promises.
People still hate the Jews to this day.
Genesis 3–the birth of the discord/hatred.
It takes more faith to believe that we are all here by chance than to believe that we were divinely planned.
As soon as you accept Jesus, you have an enemy (Satan).
1 Peter 2:9-10–You are chosen.
Satan hates us because we used to belong to him, but now we belong to Christ.
Ephesians 2:1-9–We used to be dead in our trespasses, but now we have the gift of salvation.
1 Peter 5:8–Have self-control and be alert; Satan is on the prowl.
1 Peter 2:11–Abstain from sinful desires which war against your soul (know your enemy).
2 Timothy 2:22–Run from youthful lusts.
Romans 12:21–Overcome evil with good.
Proverbs 25:21–Be like Jesus and be blessed.
Satan pursues the children of God (the seed) and wants us to pursue his rebellion.
