2 Corinthians 5:14-21

God calls us to the ministry of reconciliation. He wants us to help bring people to Him. But to do so often requires we change our view of other people.

Our viewpoint about people needs to change; we need to care about them even if they appear to be far away from God.

See the possibility in people–what if they turn their hearts toward Christ?

See people as savable, like Paul did.

We know God because He turned our hearts toward Him, not by our own power.

When we come to Christ, we are brand new.

You can only be saved if you first know you’re lost.

We are ambassadors for God.

God can use us and IS using us.

The Gospel message is simple.

1. We are sinners.

2. Jesus died for our sins. (He did something.)

3. We just need to receive it. (We need to do something in response.)

Jesus stood in the gap for us and we can do the same for others.
