Hebrews 10:19-22
Churches need to be a place where…
(1) we feel bonded to others.
(2) we can find the truth.
(3) we can encounter God.
(4) Jesus is the focus rather than humans.
Every church has its problems; the way to solve them is to be in prayer.
Four “Let Us” statements:
(1) Let us go into the presence of God in faith. (This was not possible in the Old Testament.) We can go with a sincere heart, with full trust in Him, with a clean conscience, and with washed bodies.
(2) Let us hold onto our hope.
(3) Let us motivate each other to do good.
(4) Let us continue to meet together.
