Romans 8:1-2

Romans 8 is one of the greatest chapters in the whole Bible. It is a great comfort for us in all seasons of life.

The Holy Spirit is mentioned 19 times in the first 27 verses.

Sin has riddled and destroyed our lives, so why are we not condemned?

Romans 5:18-19–One man (Jesus) fixed the sin brought into the world by one man (Adam).

Hebrews 10:14–Jesus’ one sacrifice made us perfect forever.

1 John 1:8-9–We have repentance.

1 John 2:1-2–Jesus speaks to the Father on our behalf.

Romans 8:26, 34–Jesus pleads for us; the Holy Spirit prays for us.

Romans 8:1–Death no longer waits for you because you are in Christ Jesus.

There are only two classifications in the world: you are either in Christ or you are not.

We worship Him because of what He did for us. This is our motivator.
