Ephesians 5:15-17
What is most important in your life?
We have to be wise with how we spend our time.
Time can only be used or lost; it cannot be saved.
Job 7:6-7, 9:25-26, 14:1-2–We are one breath away from eternity.
James 4:14-16–Live in the moment within God’s plan.
Psalm 90:10-12, 39:4-8–Moses and David are both seeking wisdom about life and eternity.
We get 1,440 minutes a day and should use them wisely.
2 Corinthians 5:10–We will get what we deserve.
Our biggest problem is letting the urgent things crowd out the important things.
Life is too short to do all the things we want to do, but long enough to do what God wants us to do.
Ephesians 5:15-17–Be careful, the days are evil.
Live like wise men.
Take advantage of the opportunities that are available to you.
Ministry often shows up at the worst times.
Seize the opportunity while it’s open because it does not last.
Learn to live out the eternal now.
Stop saying, “If I had time.”
Stop waiting for tomorrow.
Don’t let yesterday use up too much of today.
