Psalm 100

A person cannot know God without knowing Jesus Christ.

John 13:44-45–When you see Jesus, you are seeing God.

We all have a god: phone, TV, sports, etc.

He made us so that we can worship Him.

Psalm 24:1–The earth is the Lord’s and everything in it.

He takes ownership of our lives.

God has a right to us because He created us.

Psalm 95:7–We are His flock and under His care.

He took our old bodies and made us a new creation.

Thanksgiving is the highest level of trust in God.

Neglecting thanksgiving is the first step to walking away from God.

Giving thanks reminds us of how much we have.

We are prone to covetousness.

Goodness is God’s very character.

Everything He does is an expression of His goodness.

We must submit to God and affirm His goodness by faith, even if we don’t understand why.

Satan knows that if you begin to doubt the goodness of God, you will not trust Him; and if you don’t trust Him, you won’t obey Him.

His faithfulness continues through all generations.

Not a single promise of God’s Word will ever fail you.

Hebrews 6:18–God cannot lie.

Praise is not a feeling; it is a decision.
