The Lord of Little Food

Mark 6:30-42 (NIV)

Jesus had compassion on them because they were like sheep without a shepherd.

Compassion = wanting to alleviate one’s suffering.

Jesus never takes His eyes off of us. He sees our physical and spiritual needs.

How do we cope with circumstances? Are we like Jesus when surprises come our way?

The disciples failed to look through the eyes of the Master. They wanted to send the people away.

When things seem hopeless, what do you do? Remember that Jesus can take a little and turn it into a lot.

Bring what little you have and allow God to multiply it.

God’s provision begins with what we already have.

We must yield what we have, not what we don’t have.

God is the only one that can bring us satisfaction.
